In the first week of August the disqualification that the Hidalgo Comptroller’s Office imposed on 50 suppliers and contractors in 2019.
The list of sanctioned entities updated as of December 4, 2023 shows that the state government cancelled the registration of 271 individuals and legal entities that provided services to the administration.
The most severe disqualification was for six years against Ivaco Construction and Machinery Rentalwhose sanction expires in August of the following year.
While in 270 more cases, the cancellation record to provide services or carry out work was five years. Of these cases, 50 have already exceeded the sanction they received in the previous administration, mainly for providing false information.
These include suppliers of pharmaceutical products, computers, body and trailer manufacturers, advertising agencies, construction companies, meat marketers, grocery stores, as well as medical equipment, laboratory, among others.
