A 5-year-old child, who was lost by his mother, on a slope in Predeal, was found by the Braşov mountain gendarmes, this being the second such case registered in the last week.
“For our colleagues from Predeal, an ordinary day of work on the slope turned in a second into a time-trial mission to find a 5-year-old boy who was lost by his mother. Radu and Vasile were on patrol on the Clabucet Slope , when they were stopped by a tourist who, scared, asked them to help her find her 5-year-old son who left her side and whom she can no longer find. Immediately, our colleagues went in search of the minor and, with the support received from the other gendarmes on the slope, they managed, in about 15 minutes, to find the little boy, at a distance of 500 meters from where his mother was, lost and disoriented in the crowd of tourists”, the representatives of IJJ Braşov transmitted on Friday, according to Agerpres.
According to them, in less than a week, it is the second incident of this kind, in which children get lost from their parents on the crowded slopes.
“That’s why we come back with the recommendation that adults pay more attention to the supervision of minors, to avoid situations that could become dangerous or even dramatic”, added the quoted source.
