These tricks can be trivial. However, without realizing it, this trick provides the help someone needs when trying to lose weight.

1. Enjoy watching TV
Scientists found that the metabolic process will stop when the muscles do not move at all, even for a short time. You can find this condition when watching television.
Study published in the journal PLoS One observed the message of myosin, a motor protein in animal cells that is important for muscle function and metabolism. Researchers found that myosin in animals simply died when the muscles were inactive for a short time.
Humans also have myosin. Researchers conclude that the same can be true of humans.

A study published in The Journal of the Association for Consumer Research found, eating in front of the mirror can help change eating habits for the better.

Researchers think that people attribute discomfort to the taste of food that tastes bad.
3. Shop when your stomach is full
Buying groceries on an empty stomach is not the right idea. Research shows that it hinders your ability to make intelligent choices about what to eat.
A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that even short-term fasting can lead a person to choose more unhealthy foods.
4. Choose a workout outfit
Clothing that is more casual has been shown to have weight loss benefits. A study from The American Council on Exercise suggests that wearing less neat clothes can increase the level of physical activity in your daily routine.
5. Do not use white plates
Studies published in The Journal of Consumer Research find the color of the surface of the plate affects the diet. The researchers found that the high color contrast between the food and the plate made a person eat less, but not a white plate.
People who used white plates ate 22 percent more than those who ate on red plates.
