4. Pay with credit cards that give gas reimbursement. When choosing credit cards, look at those that have gas reimbursement. Among them are Citi Custom Cash Card, Sam’s Club® Mastercard® and Discover it®, all three give 5% back on gasoline, after you reach a certain quota (in the case of Citi it is after spending $500 with the card in each cycle billing).
