JAKARTA, iNews.id – Humans have made great strides in flight and exploration outer space in a relatively short time since the achievement was first achieved. There are at least five important moments in history that are unforgettable.

1. Private Spaceship Flight
On June 21, 2004, SpaceShipOne, designed and developed by the aerospace development company known as Scaled Composites of Mojave, California, became the first private manned space vehicle to fly past the boundaries of space. The vehicle was flown by South African-born American test pilot Mike Melvill, who successfully flew past the edge of space, becoming the first commercial astronaut pilot.
2. Hubble Space Telescope Launch
On April 25, 1990, the Hubble Space Telescope was put into orbit by members of the crew of the Discovery space shuttle. The large reflecting telescope is the most advanced optical observatory to ever orbit the Earth, and the photographs it collected eventually revolutionized the field of astronomy.
