At least five cities in Ukraine bombed with missiles Russia Monday (10/10), after the President Vladimir Putin ire an important bridge in the Crimea was damaged by the blast.
In Kiev, there were three explosions around 8:00 local time. Subsequently, it was reported that a series of explosions were heard again.
“Several explosions in the Shevchenskivskiy district, in the center of the capital,” Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said via Telegram.

Ukrainian emergency services reported that there were deaths and several injuries in the attacks. However, they did not provide any further details.
A number of eyewitnesses said they heard several large explosions. They also saw smoke rising high in the center of the capital.
Another witness saw a large wagon and a car in Kiev completely destroyed, as well as blackened.
In addition to Kiev, explosions also occurred in the city of Dnipro in central Ukraine. The missiles also hit several cities in western Ukraine, such as Lviv, Ternopil and Zhytomir.
The series of explosions came after Putin was furious that the Crimea-Russia bridge was damaged by an explosion last weekend. Putin blamed Ukraine for the explosion on the bridge.

The bridge connecting Crimea and Russia was destroyed by an explosion, presumably by a truck crossing the bridge. The fire then spread to the train lane near the bridge.
An oil tanker ran on the tracks, then exploded. Following this explosion, two important parts of the bridge were damaged.
In addition to the physical damage, the explosion on the bridge resulted in the deaths of three people. The dead are believed to be passengers of the car that was located next to the truck.
