5 Tips for Producing Cool and Neat Content Using Smartphone Camera

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Photographer and digital creator Dika Fidia shared tips for producing cool and neat content using a smartphone camera, both for photo and video content. The first tip, said Dika at the Nightography Tour event for the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G in Jakarta, Monday, is to activate it gridline or the gridlines on the phone’s camera. Gridlines are needed so that objects can be focused properly and the image results are maximized.

“Gridline it is important to position the object,” said Dika.

Second, maximize the features on the cellphone camera, especially if the cellphone used is the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G series. Features that can be utilized include a macro camera, night mode, pro mode, filterobject removal, and adding color to the video.

These features are useful for basic editing without having to install additional apps on your phone. The third way to produce great content is to maximize the light around it. If the photo or video content is shot at night, light can be used for a more dramatic effect.

Utilizing light is also necessary so that the object of the photo taken will stand out more and make it more attractive. Fourth, capture the moment or capture the perfect moment through the phone camera. Take as many moments as possible, especially if you want to create content in the form of photography on the road so that you can choose more stock photos or videos.

That way, the results of the content will be even better because of the large amount of stock content produced without having to re-take the same photo or video content. Fifth, use features color grading or add color to a photo or video on your phone. Adding color can liven up a photo or video to make it more attractive so it doesn’t seem monotonous and more varied.

Dika also suggested that if you want to create content in the form of photos or videos, you should use them storyboard or a story plan so that content creators don’t get confused when starting to create content.

Sometimes, there are some content creators who are confused or forget what kind of content they should create when they finish making the stock photos and videos that have been taken. For this reason, the story plan or content plan that will be made is important so that this can be reduced.

It is better, said Dika, to take photos in a minimalist manner, for example, there are not many textures that are not needed so that the photos look better. If you want to take an object with the camera zoom or magnification feature, try to take the object with minimal movement or not too fast so that the resulting image is more stable. “Take an object that doesn’t go too fast because our hands aren’t too steady,” said Dika closing the explanation.
