5 simple steps to green health

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Saudi Ministry of Health has issued a series of recommendations aimed at enjoying good health, as part of the “Saudi Green” initiative.

The ministry explained, through its official Twitter account, “Live healthy”, that there are 5 steps that can make health green, namely: grow a plant inside and outside the home, and replace a plastic water bottle with a refillable can.

The ministry also advised replacing driving by car with walking or cycling to reach nearby places, as well as replacing electricity with sunlight during the day, refrain from smoking and not throwing cigarette waste into the environment.
