On the other hand, debts in good standing are those whose amounts have been paid in installments, guaranteed, suspended by court order or which are under negotiation between the PGFN and the taxpayer.
The Dívida Aberta application allows the consumer, by reading the QR Code of the invoices issued, to check if the company has outstanding debts in an irregular situation.
