5 Natural Ways Men Last Long in Bed, Number 3 Must Try

JAKARTA – There are natural ways for men to last longer in bed. As many as one in three men said sex they ended sooner than they expected.

In fact, one study found the average man did sex from 10 to at least three minutes. As with any athletic activity, sexual performance and stamina can be improved by focusing a little on your overall fitness.

Scott Hays, author of Built for Sex and Sexual Fitness for Men, says that a few basic exercises can lengthen a sex session and make it more enjoyable too, without the need for a complicated exercise program.

Here are five ways men last longer in bed as reported by the Men’s Journal, Wednesday (26/5).

2. Lift the pelvis

Hays recommends doing a set of 10 pelvic lifts every day to work the muscles that attach to the pelvis and hips. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

Take a deep breath, tighten your abs and buttocks, then lift your pelvis with your spine straight. Slowly and firmly hold the breath and exhale. Hold this position for 10 seconds or more, then relax.

3. The groin stretch

Stretching your groin increases flexibility and opens up possible positions that may or may not be comfortable or impossible. Sit on the floor, and pull your feet toward your body so that your feet touch.

Leave your knees to the sides until you feel a pull. Hold that position for 20 to 30 seconds, but don’t overdo it. “Any more than that will tear tiny muscle fibers, damaging the areas you’re trying to relax and strengthen,” says Hays.

Hays recommends doing this stretch several times a day, slowly, and with controlled pressure.
