The Temple: noble art in the spotlight

Many gyms put boxing at the heart of their program. This is the case of the Temple, a true ode to noble art, and its luxurious Parisian rooms. Solid wood, marble, stone, concrete, terrazzo… nothing is left to chance. All rooms in the group have been designed by leading architects and designers. The particularity of the room is that it offers courses in small groups of only 8 people. It is therefore essential to book before going there. The participants are all supported by a coach to help them progress. Private coaching sessions are also offered. The boxing rings are designed and made by the official supplier of the Olympic Games and the punching bags are made of leather. Pull-up bar, weights, weight bench, training bike, undulating ropes, elastics… multiple pieces of training equipment are available to athletes. Luxury skincare products are also available in the showers. At the end of the session, it is possible to relax in the sauna.
