5 Horrifying Facts of the neighbor country LRT collision in a tunnel

Crash terrible happened between the two series light rail transit (LRT) of Malaysia. Hundreds of people were injured as a result of the incident.

“We are still investigating. It is known that a train that departed from Kampung Baru Station to Gombak, was reportedly being tested after an error occurred to ensure it was on the right track,” said Dang Wangi District Police Chief Mohamad Zainal Abdullah.

2. First Incident in 23 Years

This collision is the first incident involving LRT in Malaysia since 23 years of operation. Government Malaysia is currently investigating the incident.

“Tomorrow, the director general of the Land Public Transport Agency, will give me a preliminary report,” said the Minister of Transportation Malaysia, Wee Ka Siong, as quoted by the press. Channel News Asia.

He said he would form a special team to thoroughly investigate the cause of the accident. He confirmed that this incident was the first incident since the LRT operated.

“And in 2 weeks, this Task Force will submit a report on the results of the investigation to me. In two weeks we will be able to identify (whether the accident) was caused by a system error, signaling or communication, or human error, “he said.

3. Malaysian PM Instructs Comprehensive Research

Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin, via his Twitter account, wrote that the accident was a serious problem. He instructed the Ministry of Transportation and railroad company Prasarana Malaysia for a full investigation to identify the cause of the accident.

“Strict action will be taken,” he wrote.

He said the top priority was restoring the conditions of the accident victims. He said all victims would receive full treatment.
