5 High Cholesterol Foods to Avoid

5. Shrimp

Like all seafood, shrimp are high in omega-3 and omega-6 fats, making them healthy. However, shrimp also has the most cholesterol than fish or other seafood.

In 100 grams of shrimp, contained 252 cholesterol which is 84 percent of the total daily cholesterol requirement. For that, for people with high cholesterol should limit the consumption of shrimp.
