Jakarta – The existence of alien beings such as aliens is still being debated. There are those who believe in it, but not a few who doubt and believe that only humans are the only living things that inhabit the universe.
Reported by detikINET, humans live on Earth. But now, there are reports that release a number of other planets that are considered to be in the habitable category. If not humans, there could be aliens aka aliens who inhabit these planets (who knows, right?).
Quoting Futurism, Thursday (4/5/2023), the following is a collection of planets that are likely to be habitable. For the record, this planet is not always close to Earth, yes.
1. Kepler 186f
Kepler 186f is 490 light years away, so it could take thousands of years to get there. This planet was discovered in April 2014 and has characteristics similar to Earth. As for size, this planet is 10x larger than Earth.
2. Kepler 283c
This planet was found among 700 exoplanets discovered so far. It is 1,700 light years from Earth and about twice the size of Earth.
3 and 4. Kepler 62f and Kepler 62e
These two planets were discovered by NASA’s Kepler Space Telescope. 62e is about 1.6 times as massive as Earth while 63f is about 1.4 times as massive. Both are about 1,200 light years from Earth in the constellation Lyra.
Kepler 62e completes one orbit around its parent star, which is a red dwarf, every 122 days. 67f has an orbit of about 267 Earth days.
Furthermore, the researchers think that 62e and 62f, are the ‘water world’. It is estimated that the place is mostly or even completely covered by water.
5. Gliese 667C f
This planet has three Suns and is in the habitable zone. It is 22.1 light years from Earth. Apart from the Gliese 667C f, there is also the Gliese 667C e which is not that far away and is also in a habitable area.
