In folklore and myths originating from England and Celtic it is also mentioned the curse that humans will get if they enter the Fairy Ring circle. It is said that any human who accidentally enters the Fairy Ring will be forced to dance with the fairies non-stop until the human will go mad and die from exhaustion.
Meanwhile, according to Welsh tradition, the curse that humans get for entering Fairy Rings is not caused by the fairies forcing them to dance non-stop, but because of differences in the fairy world. according to legend Llewellyn and Rhys, the speed of the fairy world is different from the speed in the human world. A few minutes of dancing within the Fairy Ring, was equivalent to having passed days or weeks in the human world. So when someone manages to return to the human world, it is certain that person will go crazy.
