What to do on days when there is only as much time as there is, but you want to eat? Time to get to the pasta! In the continuation of the article, you will find 5 easy-to-prepare dishes that contain pasta.
Recipe: Pasta salad with chicken and pineapple
Required (~900g ready salad):
- 200g of whole grain or regular pasta (weight of cooked, approx. 3 handfuls uncooked);
- 400g chicken fillets (8 pieces of 50g each);
- 1 paprika;
- 200g of canned pineapple in light syrup;
- Spices for chicken, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. tomato sauces;
- For the sauce: 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. mild mustard;
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
Put the pieces of chicken fillet in a container, sprinkle with spices, mix with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and tomato sauce, put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to harden.
Boil the pasta, let it cool.
Fry the pieces of chicken fillet on a pan (about 3 minutes on each side). Cool down.
Pepper is cut into small pieces, pineapple into medium-sized (or smaller) pieces, when the chicken fillet has cooled, it is also cut. Place all ingredients and paste in a bowl. Mix the ingredients of the sauce, add and mix into the salad. Add salt to taste.
Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for a while to shrink. Before serving, decorate with pineapple wedges and paprika.
Recipe: Pink pasta
Required:
- any paste to taste + water, salt, a drop of oil;
- boiled beets;
- feta cheese;
- A couple of cloves of garlic;
- fresh coriander
Preparation:
Boil water, add salt, a little oil and boil any pasta.
While they are boiling, put boiled beets, feta cheese (the more cheese, the creamier the sauce) and garlic cloves into the blender.
Blend everything – you can add fresh coriander and a little liquid from cooking pasta – blend everything together into a homogeneous mass.
Put the cooked pasta on a plate, put the sauce on top, stir and you can also put crumbled cheese on top.
Recipe: Effortless Macaroni and Cheese
Required:
- A packet of feta cheese;
- Garlic;
- Small tomatoes;
- Basil;
- Olive oil;
- Pasta
Preparation:
Put the feta cheese in a bowl, add garlic and small tomatoes, cover with basil and olive oil. Put the oven on 200° for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta, the shape is not important.
Then mix everything together.
Recipe: Rolton with chicken
Required:
- Chicken fillet;
- Spices;
- Soy sauce;
- Frozen vegetables;
- Roltons;
- Sweet and sour sauce with pineapples
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, marinate with your own spices and soy sauce.
After some time, it is baked.
Add frozen vegetables, optional.
Pour over the roltons when they are almost ready, add to the chicken and vegetables, add the sweet and sour sauce with pineapple.
Recipe for dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs
Required:
- 500 g spaghetti;
- 500 g of ground beef;
- 1 onion;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 ola;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste;
- A little flour;
- Ground pepper, salt.
Preparation:
Prepare the meatballs – cut the onion into fine pieces, add to the minced meat, add salt, pepper and egg, mix everything well;
Make balls from minced meat, roll in flour and fry on a pan;
Boil salt water in a saucepan and cook the spaghetti in it;
Sliced tomatoes are added to lightly fried meatballs and stewed;
Mix the tomato paste with a little water and add to the balls;
Add salt and pepper (you can also add other spices), leave to stew on the stove until the water has evaporated and the meatballs have become soft;
When the spaghetti is ready, drain the water, add a little olive oil and add it to the meatballs in the pan and mix.
