1. Turmeric tea
Turmeric contains curcumin compounds that can modulate the immune system. Its anti-inflammatory properties can also help relieve inflammation and pain.
Material:
1 tbsp grated fresh turmeric or 2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
honey to taste
4 glasses of water
How to make:
Boil turmeric with water for 15-20 minutes. Strain and serve with a mixture of lemon and honey.
2. Spice tea
This drink is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and rich in compounds that can help ward off infection. The phytonutrients in honey have antibacterial and antiviral properties that can boost the immune system.

1 tablespoon grated ginger
pepper to taste
1 inch (2.5 cm) chopped cinnamon
2 cloves
1 star anise
1 cardamom, crushed

a handful of tulsi leaves
How to make:
Boil all ingredients except honey together with 1 liter of water for 30 minutes. Consume this drink with the addition of honey.

3. Ginger water and apple cider vinegar
Ginger contains a chemical called sesquiterpenes that can target the viruses that cause the flu. 1 glass of water
1 inch (2.5 cm) chopped ginger, peeled and grated

How to make:

Combine all ingredients except honey. Heat the mixture on the stove over low heat for 5-10 minutes, no need to wait for it to boil. Serve with honey.
