Indonesia will wait for the drawing Thomas Cup which took place Thursday (14/10). The following are potential opponents that Indonesia may face.
Indonesia has successfully ensured its status as the winner of Group A. Thus, Indonesia will face one of the runner-up countries in the quarter-finals. The quarter-finals will begin on Friday (15/10).
Here are five candidates that Indonesia will face in the Thomas Cup quarter-finals:
1. South Korea
South Korea is the runner-up in Group B after losing to Denmark in the duel to determine the status of group winner.
In the Thomas Cup this time, the figure of Choi Sol Gyu / Seo Seung Jae became one of the stars in the South Korean squad. In addition, the name Heo Kwang Hee also cannot be underestimated as one of the players who has the potential to make a surprise.
2. China
