Fans of the series “Jerks” have been waiting longingly for news about the fourth season for months. Now main actor Christian Ulmen has raptured fans of the Fremdschäm series with what is probably the blackest humor in the German TV landscape with a statement in a podcast.

In November 2019 „Joyn“ confirmed via Twitter that the fourth season of the series has been ordered. Filming would begin in 2020, and the broadcast could also be expected this year.

And the coronavirus has since mixed up the schedules of many TV and cinema productions. “Jerks” was not spared either. Ulmen has not yet revealed when the fourth season will be broadcast on “Joyn”. The exact dates have not yet been set. Neither do the broadcast dates on free TV. After all, it is already clear that after the broadcast on Joyn, the episodes will also be shown on ProSieben.

The content of the double episode is in stark contrast to the classic Christmas program: Fahri and Pheline have a baby, but Fahri’s greatest worry is losing Pheline through childbirth – as a sex partner and thus as a beloved wife.
