In the “Thursday Night Football” game in Seattle, the San Francisco 49ers continued their streak against the Seahawks and won 21:13.
Once again, “Mr. Irrelevant” shows Brody Purdy: the quarterback of the 49ers records 217 passing yards, two touchdowns and confidently leads the game of the 49ers.
49ers fix playoff move – Seahawks face herculean task
Tight end George Kittle also did well with 93 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The team around coach Kyle Shanahan also shows a flawless defensive performance, the offensive efforts of the Seahawks around rookie Kenneth Walker hardly prove effective.
The 49ers are the second team after the Philadelphia Eagles to reach the playoffs, and the Californians also seal victory in the NFC West.
Seattle, however, is now cornered in the battle for the playoffs. The next opponent is the Kansas City Chiefs, a thankless task.
