The Ajman Municipality and Planning Department announced an increase in the value of rental transactions in the first half of this year 2024, with a growth of two billion and 277 million, an increase of 49 percent, compared to the same period last year 2023. and 2022.

He said: The certified capabilities in the sector are making no effort to develop and improve by using artificial intelligence and modern technologies to provide the best level to customers.

For his part, Ammar Abdul Karim Al Kayed, Director of the Department of Rent Management in the department, said: The number of rental values ​​of residential contracts in the first half of this year was one billion and 211 million dirhams, and the values ​​of commercial contracts reached in the same period 989 million dirhams, and investment contract values ​​recorded 80 million dirhams. He explained that the ambitious groups were able to improve the customer’s journey, so that the consolidation of rental contracts of all types, residential, commercial and investment, saw a noticeable increase in the first half of this year compared to the one period in 2023. and 2022, as the capacities completed 47,604 residential contract transactions, 18,518 commercial contract transactions, and 169 investment contract transactions (WAM).
