482,000 people have the first episode of Sunday night Just Naked looked. The NTR has children ask questions to people who were exposed in front of them, which led to questions in parliament by the SGP.
Even before the first broadcast, there was already a lot of fuss about the program. The SGP wanted to prevent the broadcast and foreman Kees van der Staaij called the program “bizarre”. “It goes way, way too far for me if that happens by confronting primary school students with completely naked strangers in the classroom. How do you get it ?!”
In the program, presented by Edson da Graça, it is made clear to the children that you are not supposed to just undress in front of people and that it is also not okay for people to just do that in your presence. When all children have agreed, the ‘models’ take off their bathrobes and the children can ask questions about the human body without being disturbed.
Da Graça and his family received death threats prior to the broadcast. The presenter has reported it.
