47 new corona cases in Hamburg: incidence value continues to rise | NDR.de – Nachrichten – Hamburg

According to the social welfare authority, a total of 77,873 people in the Hanseatic city have tested positive for the corona virus since the beginning of the pandemic. According to estimates by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), around 75,700 people in Hamburg can now be considered recovered.

Incidence value at 13.8

The number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past seven days rose from 12.8 on Thursday to 13.8 on Friday. A week ago the incidence value was 9.5.

No further death

29 corona patients are treated in Hamburg’s hospitals. 16 of them are cared for in intensive care units. According to the RKI, a total of 1,603 people have died in connection with Covid 19 in the Hanseatic city since the beginning of the pandemic, so there has been no further death.
