46 Companies Queuing IPO on IDX as of July 7, 2023

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) noted that there were 46 companies in the pipeline to conduct an initial public offering (IPO).

IDX Director of Corporate Valuation I Gede Nyoman Yetna said that as of July 7 2023, IDX had received 46 new companies with funds raised of IDR 44.6 trillion.

“Until now, there are 46 companies in the pipeline for the listing of shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange,” said Nyoman, Friday (7/7).

He detailed 6 companies in the category of small-scale assets or assets below IDR 50 billion. There are 27 medium-scale companies with assets of between IDR 50 billion and IDR 250 billion.

“Next are 13 companies with large-scale assets or having assets of more than Rp. 250 billion,” he added.

Prospective issuers in the non-primary consumer sector are most recorded in the pipeline as many as 9 companies. Followed by the property and primary consumer sectors each with 5 companies.

4 Companies from the Basic Materials sector; 10 companies from the Consumer Cyclicals sector; 8 Companies from the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector; 5 Companies from the Energy sector; 1 Company from the Financials sector; 2 Companies from the Healthcare sector; 4 Companies from the Industrials sector; 2 Companies from the Infrastructures sector; 4 Companies from the Properties & Real Estate sector; 3 Companies from the Technology sector; 3 Companies from the Transportation & Logistics sector
