This Sunday, the Ministry of Health and Social Action reported, in the epidemiological bulletin, 418 new positive cases for Covid-19, out of 2,484 tests carried out, i.e. a positivity rate of 17.75%.
These are 22 contact cases, 04 imported cases, one imported case and 418 cases from community transmission. The latter are listed as follows: 118 in the Dakar region alone and 201 cases in the other regions.
Also 06 serious cases are currently supported in the intensive care units.
However, 291 people tested negative declared cured.
To date, To date, 82,712 cases have been declared positive, including 75,619 cured 1908 deaths 5184 under treatment.
The Ministry of Health and Social Action also informs that since the start of the vaccination campaign in February, 1,379,588 people have received at least one dose of vaccine.
