Choosing the right training, finding relevant internships, sticking with it… So many worries students have to deal with, often alone. To remedy this loneliness, which is sometimes difficult to live with, the Article 1 association launched, in September 2021, the platform Dema1.org. This allows you to connect, in a simple and free way, young students and serious and active adults, eager to help them.
Already 12,700 students supported in the region
The association, which works for equality of opportunity, will mobilize more than 40,000 tutors in France by the end of the 2023 school year, including 4,200 in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.
Since 2016, no fewer than 12,700 students have been supported in the region. “Mentoring is one of the solutions, which allows thousands of young people from working-class backgrounds to succeed in their studies and access professional careers that match their ambitions,” explains Benjamin Blavier, co-founder of the Article 1 Association . , which does not intend to stop there.
