Information Note regarding the processing of personal data
Under the terms of European regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016,
concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (briefly “GDPR”)
Piquadro S.p.A (hereinafter “PQ”), in the person of its legal representative all-season, in its capacity as Holder of the personal data directly collected from the interested party, provides you with this information notice in accordance with Article 13, GDPR (briefly, “Information”).
In any case, the logical and physical security of the data and, in general, the discretion of the personal data processed, will be guaranteed, by implementing all the technical and organizational measures planned to ensure their security.

B) Purpose of the processing, for which the personal data are intended and the corresponding legal basis
Your personal data will be processed
(ii) with your consent (article 7, GDPR), for the following purpose:
- sending newsletters and commercial communications by e-mail, marketing activities of all kinds.
The input of data for the purposes referred to in section (ii) above is optional, which means that you can decide not to provide your consent or to revoke it at any time.
C) Categories of recipients of personal data
As for the purposes referred to in the above paragraph, the personal data you have provided to us may be communicated or made accessible:
- to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorized data processing agents (or the so-called “data processing agents”);
- to third parties carrying out activities in outsourcing on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Data Controllers, including:
- service providers for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks and to the company in charge of the management for e-commerce, service providers for the management of the archiving of paper and / or computerized documentation , service providers for the management of customer support activities, even through Internet sites (such as call center, help desk, etc.), service providers for the management of commercial communication activities ;

D) Storage and transfer of personal data abroad
The management and storage of personal data is carried out cloud and on servers located inside and outside the European Union of the property and / or in the availability of the Data Controller and / or responsible third companies, duly appointed as Data Controllers.
Your personal data will not be transferred or disseminated.
E) Retention period for personal data
The personal data collected for the purposes indicated in the above paragraph (B) will be processed and kept for the time necessary to achieve these purposes and in any event for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of receipt of your consent.
This retention period has expired, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
F) Exercisable rights
In accordance with what is provided for in Chapter III, Section I, GDPR, you can exercise by sending a request by e-mail to the address of the Holder [email protected] the rights indicated therein and in particular:
- Permission to access – Obtain confirmation that the processing of personal data concerning you is in progress or not and, in this case, receive information concerning, in particular: the purposes of the processing, categories of personal data processed and retention period, recipients to whom those – this can be communicated (article 15, GDPR),
- Right of rectification – Obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the integration of incomplete personal data (article 16, GDPR),
- Right to erasure – Obtain, without undue delay, the erasure of your personal data, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (article 17, GDPR),
- Right of limitation – Obtain the limitation of processing, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (article 18, GDPR)
- Possibility to transfer – Receive in a structured format, in common use and readable from an automatic device, the personal data which concerns you as well as to obtain that these be transmitted to another holder without impediment, in the cases envisaged by the GDPR (article 20, GDPR)
- Right to object – Oppose the processing of personal data concerning you, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Holder to continue processing (article 21, GDPR)
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – Submit a complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, Piazza di Montecitorio n. 121, 00186, Roma (RM).
