Previously, another flight from Phuket to Moscow was delayed for 2.5 hours due to two Russian women who complained of stuffiness in the cabin. At that moment there were 300 passengers there. One of the women had a panic attack. The flight attendants offered to call an ambulance, but the Russians refused and left the flight, reports TV channel 360.
