Viral on social media a video showing a man removing the service plate TNI when you want to fill Pertalite BBM. Apparently this happened in the Jakarta-Cikampek toll rest area.
The video is in the spotlight of netizens, because official vehicles are known to be prohibited from using them BBM subsidized. This incident is known to have occurred in the rest area of the Japek Toll Road ahead of Jatiwaringin on Monday (16/1/2023).

1. Belongs to a retired TNI
The TNI through the Indonesian Army’s Cavalry Armament Center (Pussenkav) has taken action regarding the incident. Pussenkav also gave an explanation for the viral video.
Pussenkav explained the TNI AD service plate number with registration number 90186-32 of the Suzuki Jeep brand, dark green metallic color with a registered plate at the Samsat number D-1585-XGR which went viral, belonging to Major General TNI (Purn) Mindarto.
“The number plate was issued while the person concerned was still on active duty at Pussenkav as an expert pamen. The last time the plate was extended was on July 7 2020 and the validity period of the number has expired since July 2021 and is no longer extended because the person concerned has entered retirement age,” said Pussenkav’s explanation, Tuesday (24/1).
2. Retractable Plate
Currently, the service plate has been withdrawn directly by the Head of Sub-Directorate Pamlatter Sdirum Pussenkav Colonel Kav Harri Purnomo and handed over to Pomdam III/Siliwangi.
When the incident occurred, the official vehicle was driven by the son of Maj. Gen. TNI (Purn) Mindarto named Yonatan Wiliam Pascalis.
“The person concerned is now in Australia to continue his education. When asked for confirmation, he did not realize that when using the vehicle, it turned out that his parents’ military service plates were attached and did not understand the rules or mechanism that TNI plate plate vehicles are not allowed to fill subsidized fuel. at the gas station,” he said.
