Breakfast not only good for activity, but also good for maintaining your health. There are several breakfasts for sufferers diabetes.

Research shows that breakfast can reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes.

Research results published in The Journal of Nutrition it concluded that the habit of skipping breakfast is associated with a higher risk of developing type-2 diabetes.

The study, which was conducted by a number of researchers from Germany, was conducted on 96 thousand participants. The study includes six separate studies.

“Several studies also link the habit of skipping breakfast with increased blood sugar,” said a dietitian from Ohio University, Jenna Freeman Scudder.

“Starting the day with unhealthy food is not a good idea,” says Scudder.

Scudder recommends making oatmeal a daily breakfast menu.

This one food is considered a healthy choice because the fiber content in it can help provide a feeling of fullness while reducing cholesterol.

“Avoid the flavored types of oatmeal that have extra sugar,” says Scudder.

If the oatmeal seems too bland, Scudder suggests mixing it with honey, fresh fruit, or nuts.

2. Counts

Eggs are a low calorie food and contain a lot of protein. Research in 2018 showed that diabetics who eat 7 eggs per week can maintain their healthy lifestyle.

3. Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is believed to have many benefits. According to various studies, consumption of dairy products will improve blood sugar control and lower blood sugar levels.

4. Know

Tofu is a versatile, inexpensive, and delicious breakfast option. Tofu has a low carbohydrate content but lots of protein and fat. Tofu also includes breakfast for diabetics which is easy to process.
