The Ngawi Police carried out the reconstruction murder Romdan (46) by gymnastics instructor and victim’s wife, Anis Puji Lestari alias Hanis (35) in Sirigan Village, Paron District, Ngawi, East Java. It was revealed that Romdan had been hit on the head by his wife with a hammer many times to death.
Reported detikJatim, Hanis (35) demonstrated 19 scenes of reconstruction. She admitted hitting her own husband on the head with a hammer while he was sleeping.
“I hit it with a hammer, sir, while I was sleeping,” said Hanis when asked by the Ngawi Police Criminal Investigation Team, Wednesday (22/2/2023).
According to Hanis’ confession, her sleeping husband was beaten four times with a hammer.
“I hit him four times while sleeping,” Hanis said softly.
Wearing an orange shirt from the Ngawi Police Detention Center, Hanis also demonstrated how he threw away the hammer and then washed his hands in the bathroom.
