MOSCOW, KOMPAS.TV – Russian President Vladimir Putin is fearful of starting a purge in his closest circle.
This is related to the death of four high-ranking Russian gas companies who reportedly died by suicide.
However, Russian sources including former top officials of the Russian Security Agency (FSB) via Telegram channel saw the four dead suspiciously.
Gennady Gudkov, a former FSB chief who is now a critic of Putin, emphasized the similarities between the deaths of the four top brass, and those of their families.

“Don’t let the ‘rat’ escape. They will probably talk,” Gudkov said Daily Star.
“If we understand that the regime is involved in the elimination of opponents and enemies, then why don’t they deal with those who are considered traitors and have fled the system?!” he added.
He also emphasized the many suspicious death cases as a solution.
Guidkov’s accusations came after suspicions were raised about the suicide of Sergey Protosenya, the former deputy chairman of Novotek, a company close to the Kremlin.
His Protosean wife, Natalia, and their teenage daughter, Maria, are thought to have been stabbed to death by the Protoseans.
