A young man slaughtered four members of his family with a knife in the Dar Al Salam area of ​​Cairo Governorate, on Friday, following disputes between them.

The Dar es Salaam Police Department received a report indicating that a quarrel broke out between an engineer and a number of his family members, and that there were dead people, in the Dar es Salaam area.

Immediately, the chief of investigations at the Cairo Sector directed the investigation to quickly examine the report and determine its circumstances in coordination with the Criminal Investigation Department.

Moving to the scene of the incident, it was found that 4 bodies were found, before they were transferred to the morgue at the disposal of the Public Prosecution.

Investigations by the security services revealed that a young man working as an engineer committed a massacre and killed his family members, due to disagreements whose nature has not yet been revealed.

A report was filed regarding the incident, and the security services are still investigating to determine its circumstances and find out its details.
