2. How to consume nicotine
Classically, nicotine can be obtained by smoking. Recently, various nicotine consumption devices (nicotine delivery systems/NDS) have continued to develop. Call it alternative tobacco products such as heated tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and nicotine pouches.

“Because they do not go through the combustion process and do not produce smoke, these alternative products have a much lower risk than cigarettes. So, for adult smokers who find it difficult to quit, they can switch to products that have a lower risk profile,” he said. .
