Moreover, the first four positions are Canarian cities: Santa Cruz de Tenerife (44.1%), Arrecife (43.7%), San Cristóbal de La Laguna (43.4%) and Arona (41.7%). Ourense (Galicia) appears next with 41.7% and both Ponferrada and León capital share 39.6%.

Meanwhile, Alcobendas (9.9%), Boadilla del Monte (11.6%) and Rivas Vaciamadrid (18.3%), located in the Community of Madrid, are the cities least affected by ZBE restrictions. Outside the capital, there are San Fernando (20.5%) or El Puerto de Santa María (23.2%), municipalities of Cádiz.
