JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The case of the dumping of a lovebird who was a victim of a traffic accident in Nagreg, Bandung Regency, West Java, has shocked the public.
Moreover, after it was discovered that the perpetrators who hit and dumped Handi Harisaputra (17) and Salsabila (14) were three members of the Indonesian Army.
According to the results of the investigation, Friday (12/24/2021), TNI Headquarters (Mabes) revealed that the three Army soldiers involved in the case were Colonel Infantry P, Corporal Two DA, and Corporal Two A.

1. The victim is dumped alive
The police suspect that one of the victims, Handi, was still alive when the three perpetrators dumped him into the Serayu River, Central Java.
The allegation emerged after the Medical and Health Division (Biddokes) of the Central Java Police carried out further examination of the victim’s body.
As a result, the Head of Biddokes for the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Sumy Hastry Purwanti, explained that water was found in Handi’s airways and lungs.
“This shows that when he was dumped he (Handi) was alive or unconscious,” said Sumy, Thursday (23/12).
“So, the man died by drowning and not from the wound on his head because the wound to the head was not lethal,” he continued.
