However, a new study warns against gamers at home that playing too much games can cause several health problems.

Harvard Health Publishing (HHP) revealed that playing video games excessively can cause game-related injuries and addiction.
According to the HHP, playing games can cause repetitive stress injuries due to repeated use. This condition is caused by activity that involves repeated use of the muscles and tendons.
