Regarding the details of the disbursement mechanism to the recipient’s account, he said, it was handed back to each bank. In this case, the Ministry of Manpower only monitors whether all workers have received BLT or not.

“(The disbursement of BLT to the recipient’s account) is more to the internal mechanism of each bank. We’ll just monitor it. Later they will report to us,” he said.
