A recording phone conversation a man with a woman is viral on social media. The recording discusses things that are considered vulgar ‘flesh meets flesh’, which is suspected of containing pornographic content.
The footage was spread on social media, it was stated that the conversation allegedly involved a famous lawyer Hotman Paris with Ayu Thalia aka Thata Anma. The conversation supposedly took place when Ayu Thalia | do live Failed.
Questioned by the Indonesian Youth Congress
The viral footage was questioned by the Indonesian Youth Congress. Indonesian Youth Congress assesses the recording ‘flesh meets flesh’ pornographic.
“In connection with the circulation of alleged ‘flesh meets flesh’ pornographic content, which in the video mentions TT’s name and shows a conversation with one of the lawyers,” said legal adviser Pitra Romadoni in a press statement to reporters, Thursday (2/9/2021).
Pitra says the video immoral content. On that basis, his party will report the lawyer to the police.
“Against the video that is suspected of containing immorality, the Indonesian Youth Congress is responding to make a police report today to the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya,” he said.
Report Spreader
The Indonesian Youth Congress then reported on the social media accounts suspected of spreading the footage. The report was a complaint, so the police did not make a report sign (STBL).
“Today the Indonesian Youth Congress made a written report in accordance with Article 108 of the Criminal Procedure Code and this has been received to the Metro Police Crime Investigation Unit. The first thing to report is to the publishers, to the Twitter and Instagram account owners,” said Indonesian Youth Congress legal adviser, Pitra Romadoni, at the Regional Police. According to Pitra, the owner social media accounts It was reported that his party had received a warning from Instagram regarding the content of this vulgar conversation. But the account owner did not heed the warning from Instagram.
“The person concerned, the owner of this account has beentake down or given a warning from Instagram, but the person concerned continues to upload the video that is suspected of being pornographic,” explained Pitra.
