A road accident occurred in Kindia on the night of Saturday to Sunday October 22, 2023. Four people were killed, including a police officer. The tragedy occurred in Segueya, in the urban commune of Kindia.
According to information collected from health workers, it was a truck carrying a bulldozer which contained the four victims, which collided with a semi-trailer loaded with cement heading towards the interior of the country.
So far, two bodies have been identified. They are Mohamed Oularé, driver in a Chinese company residing in the Tombola Kokoma district and Karim Soumah residing in Kindia in the Tafory district.
Until this afternoon, no official from these two companies had presented themselves at the Alpha Oumar Diallo regional hospital in Kindia to identify the bodies.
“We are still waiting for the arrival of representatives of these two trucks, for the identification of the bodies,” said a hospital source.
