An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale was registered shortly after midnight in the sea off the Greek island of Crete, reported ANA-MPA, quoted by BTA.
According to the Greek Institute of Geodynamics, the earthquake was detected at 00:52, and its epicenter was 30 km south-southeast of the village of Zakros in Eastern Crete and 421 km southeast of Athens.
No injuries or damage were reported.
