Still won’t be a pleasant game. 31 degrees again and storms forecast for the weekend. I would line up as follows.
Tor: Sharpen
Defence: Johnston, Wüthrich, Aiwu, Lavalee. Gazi doesn’t seem to be fully fit and is probably in a bit of a slump. I trust Johnston to really put pressure on Gazi – he will probably have to replace him sooner or later. It would be a good game to let him play for 90 minutes.
Diamond: Stankovic, Chukwuani, Horvat, Kiteishvili. Almost lines up automatically. I didn’t like Bøving against Hartberg either (contrary to some other views here in the forum). The same goes for Horvat. But if I have to put one of them on the bench, then it’s Willi, for better or for worse.
Striker: Biereth, Camara. That worked really well. Camara seems so lively, so full of energy and strength. The boy is a real machine physically. The way he runs. Despite his decent physique for his 19 years, he is still extremely agile and technically probably one of the best in the squad. Biereth will have to be seen – if he is fit, please bring him on. If he is still sick or ailing, please don’t risk a long-term absence and bring Jatta on, although I would probably like Mani best in combination with Camara instead of Biereth.
No matter what I think, Ilzer will be the best judge of it. And knowing myself, I’m wrong about half of it anyway 😅
It will be important to win the game to get the winning mentality back in our heads. Put matchday 1 behind us and carry on where we left off.
My tip – 2:0 for us. Wüthrich scores the 1:0 after 63 minutes following a Horvat corner and Camara seals the deal in the 90th minute with a powerful left-foot shot 🥰
