Ammar Zoni was arrested again by the police for drugs. This is the third time Irish Bella’s husband has been involved in the same case.
West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Pol M Syahduddi, when holding a press conference at his office, Friday (15/12/2023), explained the chronology of Ammar Zoni’s arrest.
“When West Jakarta Metro Police investigators received information from the perpetrator who had been arrested, there was a drug transaction in South Tangerang,” he said.
“Then observations were carried out and at the BSD Tangerang apartment, investigators succeeded in arresting artist Ammar Zoni,” he continued.
Then, Ammar Zoni was questioned by the police. During the inspection several items were found which were then confiscated as evidence.
“After being searched, there was some evidence: 4 Saturday packages totaling 3.46 grams, 1 package of marijuana leaves weighing 1.32 grams, 1 tapir paper for marijuana consumption, 1 electronic scale, and 1 cellphone unit,” explained M Syahduddi.
After that, the police continued to carry out developments. Ammar Zoni admitted to getting drugs from someone who was then arrested in Pademangan, North Jakarta.
“After securing the suspect, an interrogation was carried out and information was obtained that the methamphetamine and marijuana were obtained from someone named AH,” said M Syahduddi.
The police have also carried out a medical examination on Ammar Zoni.
“Investigators carried out a urine test on Ammar Zoni, the results were positive. The suspect admitted that the day before his arrest he consumed the two narcotics,” explained M Syahduddi.
