3FM raises 2 million euros for WWF with the return of the Glass House

For the first time since 2017, there was a Glass House again, in which DJs Frank van der Lende, Sander Hoogendoorn, Rob Janssen and Jorien Renkema were locked up for a week. The studio was located in Amersfoort. In previous editions of the Glass House, the DJs were not allowed to eat, but these days they are allowed.

Greenhouse without an audience

This year the temperature presented an extra challenge. The Glass House was a kind of greenhouse: the heating in the house could rise above 30 degrees. Originally it was intended that the temperature could be lowered by the dancing public, but due to the corona measures, hardly any people could come.

Other activities, such as a Christmas market and workshops, were also cancelled. Visitors were slowly allowed to enter the site to donate money. There were also mannequins around the Glass House to compensate for the lack of a hopping audience.
