Barely a year has passed since the storm that hit the then minister and leader of the KrF Kjell Ingolf Ropstad, when the Aftenposten published the first case in what is called the “commuter housing scandal”.
In the wake of Aftenposten’s revelations, the Swedish Revenue Agency conducted a comprehensive survey of 290 politicians’ use of commuter accommodation over the period 2017-2020.
