09:12 The head of the UVA, Pavel Kirilenko, said that the Donetsk region was subjected to numerous rocket attacks at night. An enterprise and a high-rise building were damaged in Slavyansk, 2 people were injured and a house was destroyed in Novogrodovka, industrial premises and a heating main were damaged in Konstantinovka, and buildings of an enterprise were damaged in Kurakhovo.
In the Volnovakha direction, under constant fire from Ugledar, a house in Bogoyavlenka was damaged. On Donetsk, a 3-storey building in Krasnogorovka was damaged, under shelling of Maryinka. At night and in the morning there were shelling of Avdiivka from “Gradov” – without casualties.
In the Gorlovsky direction in Bakhmut, 3 people were injured, 3 houses were damaged. In the Forerunner of the Constantine community 1 wounded. Outbuildings and an administrative building were damaged in the Northern Toretsk community.
In the Soledar community, a 5-storey building in Paraskoveevka was damaged, 3 private houses in Vasyukovka were destroyed. In the Lisichansk direction, shelling of the Torsk and Zarechny Liman communities and Seversk was recorded.

09:07 The head of the OVA, Oleg Sinegubov, said that, according to preliminary data, the occupiers had hit the Kharkiv region with S-300 missiles. Under the gun were critical and infrastructural objects. Fires broke out, which rescuers have already extinguished. Some areas of Kharkiv remain without electricity. Specialists are working to eliminate the consequences of strikes. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
Yesterday, the occupiers continued to shell the settlements of the Kupyansky, Chuguevsky and Kharkov regions of the region with mortars and artillery. In particular, about 10 settlements were under enemy fire. In Kupyansk and Dvurechnaya, several residential houses were destroyed due to shelling.
After 23:00 on February 9, the invaders fired S-300 missiles at the village of Borovaya, Izyumsky district. There is a hit in the roadway and a private house. There were no casualties.

- In the Chernihiv region, 3 shellings were recorded over the past day. From mortars, the enemy hit the Chernigov and Novgorod-Seversky regions. Also, a drop of ammunition from a UAV was recorded in the Novgorod-Seversky district. No casualties or destruction.
- Yesterday, during the day, the enemy shelled 7 communities in the Sumy region. In particular, Belopolskaya, Yunakovskaya, Velikopisarevskaya, Esmanskaya, Znob-Novgorodskaya, Glukhovskaya, Shalyginskaya. 97 arrivals were recorded, including the dropping of 5 explosive devices from the UAV. Unfortunately, there are wounded and destruction.
- Over the past day in the Zaporozhye region, 15 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure as a result of shelling.
- On February 9, in the Dnepropetrovsk region, the enemy hit Marganets three times with heavy artillery. The Russians wounded 4 people, including a child. Three were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity. Also, there are already 18 damaged private houses, 9 outbuildings, 4 cars. 3 administrative buildings, a sports school, a shop, a cafe and a post office were damaged, several solar panels, power lines, a gas pipeline and water supply were destroyed.
- In the Luhansk region, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the invaders in the areas of Stelmakhivka and Dibrova. In the Kupyansk and Limansk directions, Novoselovskoye, Stelmakhovka, Chervonopopovka, Dibrova and Serebryanskoye forestry fell under fire from the Russians.
- In Kherson, due to Russian shelling, one person was injured, he was taken to the hospital. The enemy again attacked a residential quarter of the city, hit a five-story building in the Shumen microdistrict. A fire broke out on the last floor due to a shell hit – one apartment burned to the ground. Fortunately, no casualties.
In addition, Russian artillery covered the center of Berislav with fire. The shells hit the warehouse of the store, where lumber was stored, a fire broke out. Rescuers extinguished the flames. No casualties. There was also a hit in the premises of the farm, the premises were damaged. Many pets died, fortunately no people were hurt.
In the village of Novaya Kamenka, Berislavsky district, two people aged 30 and 26 were blown up by a Russian mine. They were hospitalized with leg injuries.
During the day in the Kherson region due to Russian aggression, 1 person died, 3 were injured. Yesterday afternoon, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed the Orion UAV. 68 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of the Kherson region by road, 8 of them were children.

- Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 52 air and 6 missile strikes, 2 of which hit the civilian infrastructure of the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. Also, the invaders carried out 63 attacks from the MLRS, in particular on the civilian infrastructure of Donetsk and Kherson regions;
- there is a high threat of further Russian air and missile strikes throughout Ukraine;
- in order to replenish the losses in the settlement of Mirne, Zaporozhye region, the Russian military brought mercenaries from the PMC “Wagner” from among the recruited prisoners;
- Aviation of the Defense Forces over the past day inflicted 18 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers and 4 strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems;
- Air defense shot down 3 Russian UAVs in a day. According to preliminary information, 2 types “Orlan-10” and 1 “Orion”;
- rocket and artillery units hit 2 enemy command posts, 5 manpower concentration areas, an ammunition depot, and an enemy air defense position.
06:10 The secretary of the Zaporozhye City Council Anatoly Kurtev said that at night the occupiers staged a massive attack on Zaporozhye. In just an hour, 17 arrivals were recorded in the city. This is the largest number since the start of a full-scale Russian invasion.
