The tiger channels in Belgorod reported that missile sirens could be heard in the city all morning; some local residents shared videos with the sounds of shelling and fires that broke out in the private sector and a residential high-rise building. According to the Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, at least four drones dropped explosive devices on the territory of the Oktyabrsky village. As a result of the explosions, there were no casualties, but electricity and gas supply lines were damaged.
Among the drone targets that night was an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. One death was reported, a man, whose cause of death was believed to be a heart attack.
In turn, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported four drones that were shot down on approach to Moscow, one of them in the Domodedovo urban district, where one of the airports is located. According to official information, there was no damage or casualties at the crash site. Emergency services specialists are working at the scene.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense reported about “suppressing an attempted terrorist attack” in the Belgorod region. There, according to the department, air defense systems shot down:

According to unofficial information, he was taken to the hospital with burns and head injuries.
Note that Ukrainian officials have not commented on the current drone attacks on Russian regions.
Telegraf previously reported that shelling of Russian oil depots by Ukrainian drones has recently become more frequent. Because of this, according to some experts, Russia may face a serious fuel shortage. This opinion was voiced, in particular, by Russian economist Igor Lipsits. According to him, soon the Russian authorities will have to choose between providing fuel to the army or allocating fuel for the sowing season.
