[서울=뉴스핌] Reporter Cho Min-gyo = Police applied for an arrest warrant for a 33-year-old woman accused of killing one person and injuring three others with a weapon near Sillim Station.
According to the police on the 22nd, the Gwanak Police Station applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. Cho, who is suspected of murder or attempted murder, that night.
The suspect’s interrogation (warrant review) before Mr. Cho’s arrest will be held at the Seoul Central District Court on the 23rd.
The police plan to arrest Mr. Cho, conduct a psychopath diagnostic test, and investigate in detail the circumstances of the crime.

Mr. Cho is accused of killing a man in his 20s and injuring three other men by wielding a weapon at around 2:07 pm the previous day near Sillim Station, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
Mr. Cho was arrested as a red-handed criminal at around 2:13 pm by the police who were dispatched after receiving a report. It was confirmed that he had 14 records of being sent to the juvenile department for three previous offenses, including assault.
During the police investigation, Mr. Cho said, “I live a miserable life, but I wanted to make others unhappy,” and stated to the effect that “I committed the crime out of anger.”
It is reported that there is no one-on-one with the four victims. The reason why he chose the vicinity of Sillim Station as the crime scene was said to have said, “I’ve visited several times for drinks with friends before, so I decided to know that it was a crowded place.”
