In the week of June 23 to 29, an average of 20.4 people were hospitalized each day, a 29 percent drop from a week earlier.
Between June 20 and 26, an average of 3.9 people (-36 percent) died each day. A total of 25,170 people have already died as a result of a corona infection.
In the week from 20 to 26 June, an average of 328 new infections were registered daily, a decrease of 25 percent. The positivity ratio also continues to decline, to 1.0 percent (-0.5 percent).
The R-value remains the same, at 0.75. If the R-value is below 1, it means that the epidemic is weakening. More than 1.08 million people have already been infected with the virus.
Meanwhile, 7,013,433 people have already received at least one dose of a corona vaccine, accounting for 75.6 percent of adults and 60.9 percent of the entire population. 3,899,422 people have now been fully vaccinated. That is 42.3 percent of adults and 33.8 percent of the entire population.
