“There are also patients from Slogohimo, Wonogiri, we accept patients from outside the city,” explained Joko to reporters in his office, Saturday (15/1/2022).

Joko added that from a total of 186 beds available at RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo. A total of 32 beds are filled specifically for DHF patients.

“Yesterday there were 39 patients, on the 13th there was a decline. Some went home and one person died,” added Joko.

Public Relations of Aisyah Hospital, Muhammad Arbain said the same thing. There was a sharp spike in the number of DHF patients in its place. Currently there are 23 patients being treated, even 3 of them are still children.

“Some days we refer to another hospital. Really full,” Arbain pointed out.

According to him, the condition of DHF patients who are weak and need further treatment are usually placed in the ICU. If his condition improves, he is usually directed to outpatient.

“The message to the community is, if it’s hot for more than 3 days, check it out now it’s season DBD,” added Arbain.
